Return Policy:

We stand behind our merchandise 100% regarding workmanship and defects. We are confident that you will enjoy the quality merchandise that we offer, but occasionally there may be a need to return an order.

All returns for undamaged merchandise:

1. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your merchandise so that we may work to resolve the issue.

2. All returned merchandise requires a Return Authorization Number that is provided to you by our customer service department. Without this number we will be unable to process your return.

3. After a Return Authorization Number is issued to you, we allow 10 days thereafter for the returned item(s) to be received back to us.

4. All returned items must be unused and in the original packaging.

5. We will not give a credit or refund for used merchandise.

6. Please remember that our items are handcrafted. As a result, there may be variations in colors and/or attachments.

7. A 15% restock charge may be applied to returns.

8. Shipping and handling charges are always non-refundable.

All returns for merchandise damaged during shipping:

Please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandise. All damaged shipments must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving your order.
